ZONE 3: GOLF COURSE EXTENSION
This developing stretch has carved a niche for itself in a very short period, as it is just a 30-minute drive from the Indira Gandhi International Airport and has easy accessibility to NH-8 and South Delhi through the Gurgaon-Faridabad Expressway.
ZONE 4: SOHNA ROAD
Sohna Road has emerged into the next boom and is becoming really popular amongst both, the developer as well as the investor. Good connectivity of the location to National Highway 8 is increasing the number of residential projects.
ZONE 5: GOLF COURSE ROAD
This is the developed and existing part of the ‘Millennium City’ Gurgaon. Golf Course Road is going to experience great development in the near future. ZONE 6: PATAUDI ROAD
Pataudi Road forms the State Highway of Haryana. Pataudi Road is now connected with three major highways – National Highway 8 (India) and the upcoming Kundli–Manesar–Palwal Expressway and the proposed Dwarka Expressway.
